SPECIAL EVENT: Slow Food Nation
Saturday, August 30:
10:00 AM - 3:30 PM (SF: Fort Mason)
Join volunteers at Slow Food Nation as we scoop ice cream in the taste hall. Yup, that's right; volunteers will serve as scoopers, runners and greeters at the ice cream station. TeamWorks Focus on Youth and Educatuon
Join Hands On Bay Area volunteers and leaders in the month of September as we explore youth and educational programs in the greater Silicon Valley. Projects will consist of activities that will deepen volunteers' appreciation of the challenges that school systems and communities face in Silicon Valley and the impact it has on youth. Internships with Hands On Bay Area
Hands On Bay Area is hiring Volunteer Coordinator Interns in various locations in the Bay Area. These internships provide a well-rounded nonprofit experience. Volunteer Coordinators will dedicate 300 hours of direct service helping to mobilize community volunteers and will be compensated with $1,000 education award at the end of their service.
