Past TW Explore Series

Spring 2009: San Francisco

TeamWorks Explore allows volunteers to try a variety of projects on a pre-set schedule, learn more about community issues, and build ongoing relationships with a team of fellow volunteers. Projects included work at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Glide, the Conservatory of Flowers, the SF Food Bank and the SF Zoo.

Spring 2008: Silicon Valley

Volunteers worked in several cities with agencies like Save the Bay, Second Harvest Food Bank, Family Connections and Bring Me a Book.

Spring 2008: San Francisco

Volunteers worked with Kids Enjoy Exercise Now, SF Food Bank and Literacy for Environmental Justice, and viewed "King Corn" with ITVS.

Spring 2007: Peninsula

Designed to bring volunteers together for service opportunities, civic participation, and to increase awareness of social issues in the peninsula region, volunteers will engage in meaningful discussions after each project and the series will conclude with a special wrap-up celebration.
